Information for poster presentation

There will be two poster sessions. Posters will be assigned to each session randomly. The first session will go from 9h00 Monday to Tuesday at noon. Authors should stand by their poster Monday afternoon, from 11h00 to 11h30 and from 15h30 to 16h00 to answer questions. The second session will go from Wednesday Morning to Thursday at noon and authors should be present Wednesday, from 11h00 to 11h30 and from 15h30 to 16h00.

Please note that authors are responsible for setting up and removing their poster (clips will be furnished). The size of a poster should not exceed 90 (width) by 130 (height) centimeters (36 by 52 inches).

Information for oral presentation

All computers with Windows Operating System will be equipped with Microsoft Office 2003 and 2007 and with Adobe PDF Reader software. In order to avoid any surprise, PDF files are recommended. We also recommended the presenters to save and to test their presentation at least 30 minutes before the beginning of their session. A technician will be present to make sure your presentation is ready.

Your own laptop for the presentation will be not accepted.

Each oral presentation will last 18 minutes including 3 minutes of questions.
